1:1 Product LeadershipCoaching
Product can be a lonely place, but it doesn’t have to be. I partner with founders, product leaders and product managers to help them leverage their knowledge and intuition to master product practices, hone their influence, and create lasting impact in their organizations

Am I a good fit for you?
Yes
You're a founder or product leader looking to get out of your own head, and are seeking a thought partner.
You're looking for someone to sharpen your judgment, not manage your team for you (See Leadership Consulting)
You're open to being challenged on your thinking, not just validated.
You want to see a full transformation in 2-months.
Don’t think so
You're looking for someone to run discovery or manage your team directly (See Leadership Consulting)
You’re looking for a silver bullet, instead of a holistic approach.
You're not open to hearing something you disagree with.
You want someone to just give you a quick fix, rather than someone who will help you integrate product craft.
1:1 Coaching package
Being a founder or a product leader can be overwhelming. Coaching is your avenue to getting out of your head. I believe that most of my clients have the answer already, but they can’t quite get at it. our conversations build a pathway forward, support you through new practices, and create clarity.
What my coaching clients say about working with me.
Prior to building my business, I had no previous product experience and needed support understanding and implementing the founding principles of building a product. Rosemary provided me with an excellent foundation for setting goals, testing hypotheses with users and ultimately, trying to build a product that people want to use. I would highly recommend Rosemary’s coaching practice for any new entrepreneur building their first product.
-Charlotte Horler, Founder, Nula Carbon
We were trying to create a new Product department from the ground up in a busy (and consequential) election year and Rosemary was able to give us the grounding and foundational knowledge we needed to be successful, while allowing it to fit into the ever-changing landscape that is political technology.

A mentor tells you what they'd do. This is coaching aimed at building your own product judgment, so you get sharper decisions long after the engagement ends, not just answers for today's problem. On occasion if a skill or capacity gap is identified, I will switch into teaching or consulting mode.

In my experience, for the first six months, a weekly engagement builds the best momentum and progress. As we build context beyond that, we can assess if we want a longer cadence between sessions.

Yes, absolutely, and sometimes I’ll tell you to bring 1 or more people. I’ve had Founders bring their product leaders, designers, and sometimes head of engineering. Sometimes a coaching session is a group round table.
